I am a reaearch scholoar at Centre of Computational Biology and Bioininformatics at JAwaharlal Nehru University New Delhi , India . Presently I am working on Structure Based Drug Design of HIV Protease , a potent target for HIV Virus
My interest is in various computational biology fields eg, protein folding, protein ligand interaction, protein DNA interaction, drug DNA interaction, molecular docking, molecular modelling, theoretical drug design, MD simulation of protein, etc. etc. A review on 'Computer Aided Molecular Modeling and Drug Design" has been written for the beginers as a source of overall information.

I might also include some information about my personal history: where I grew up, where I went to school, various places I've lived. If I have one, I'll include a picture of myself engaging in an activity I enjoy, such as a sport or hobby.
