for the purpose of drug discovery.
To learn, develop and apply innovative and integrative techniques of molecular modeling, system biology , Chemoinformatics,
Bioinformatics.
Experience
One year experience in connexios Life Science Pvt Ltd Bangalore as Consultant Scientist with CADD Group . Where I was dealing
with Type 2 Diabetes , its target study (Signal Transduction pathways) , docking , Structure activity relationship etc.
Six months working experience at SLS Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi,I was working on RNA aptamers and its structure
prediction which may be useful in cancer biology and many other disease , apart from that I am also developing a web server
for RNA aptamers
Presently working at CCBB , JNU on structure based drug design og HIV protease
